Part of our eco-friendly coffin range, this is one of our rare coffins from overseas - made from Pandanus, a sustainable material made in Indonesia in only World Fair Trade Organisation accredited workshops, making a real difference to the lives of their local people.

The pandanus coffins are made from the leaves of a prolific growing plant, a provider of a highly renewable and sustainable material. The dried leaves are being twisted into cord using traditional methods, then woven and coiled around a natural cane framework. Rattan is also woven into the coffins’ design to create a striking lightweight contrast against the silvery colour of the Pandanus.

Durability: All our coffins are certified to British Standards. They will come with a solid base or a charging board (cardboard range) and will have been tested to hold around 25 stone, otherwise the coffin will be made by bespoke order for plus size.
