Our bespoke choice enables you to curate a funeral from scratch. We've added our professional service fees, so you now add on what you want and need to personalise your funeral.

Opportunity to have a local funeral gathering in our beautiful funeral home for up to 45 people with tea and coffee, to include minehead coffin, factilities to have photos shown on large TV, professional celebrant and cremation fees. Abilty to upgrade to include food, drink, webcasting for example.

A greener funeral with natural coffin and buried at a natural burial woodland site. Includes our professional services, wicker coffin, hearse, bearers and 2 trees planted in memory by our charity.

Our direct funeral package provides a cremation only, with opportunity to spend time with your loved one in our chapel of rest and change of clothing if required,.

Option up to 8 family members can accompany us into the chapel of the crematorium - surcharge £350

Overview Included in Our Direct Attended (Gold Essentials) Cremation Choice fees (All the Essentials):-

• Collection locally, of the person who has died, to be cared for in our mortuary (based on up to 14 nights)
• Support to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
• We choose the time, day and location of crematorium (attendance of up to 6 family and friends)
• The essentials– simple coffin, appropriate vehicle to convey coffin to crematorium, cremation & medical cert fees (where applicable)
• Collection and care of the cremated remains in our funeral home, if required for your collection

‍Overview Things to Consider:-

• No Ceremony/Service or anyone attending, and we choose date, time and location of funeral committal. The funeral is to take place within 2 weeks.
• This package is our lowest cost funeral choice. Surcharge will be added if you desire the following additional options, for example longer distance collections, and extended stay with us, time with your loved one in our car, change of their clothing
• Opportunity to upgrade to attended direct cremation, providing up to 8 family members to accompany funeral director into chapel for brief time to say goodbye
• Full payment is required on booking. The Government (DWP) may grant for those eligible a Funeral Expenses Payment to help towards some of the costs
 

Opportunity for up to 20 family and friends to attend Sedgemoor or Taunton Crematorium to have a funeral service officiated by our funeral director (or a member of your family) during early morning. Includes our professional fees and crematorium chapel and cremation fee
